Manage and sustain multiple one-on-one coaching relationships with high-level leaders, adhering to WinShape Teams (WST) methodology and International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards.
Facilitate group coaching for leadership teams and cohorts, handling complex dynamics with the same high standards.
Utilize and interpret various behavioral, personality, and team assessments for coaching.
Create and conduct intensive coaching sessions for senior leaders, addressing multifaceted leadership challenges.

As an executive leader with Perimeter, I provided leadership and coaching in one of three divisions of a 6K-member organization. The division I oversaw included 45 staff members across 7 departments and had a $4M operational budget. 

I was hired to deliver a more ‘people-oriented’ approach and definitely hit the ground running. We saw immediate culture transformation as staff morale improved under my leadership. The momentum didn’t stop there. I continued to strengthen my departments with a top-to-bottom overhaul, keeping an eye on the people and processes to ensure they aligned with Perimeter’s vision.

Taking what I learned at Campus Outreach, I moved into a more senior role, creating and implementing a growth strategy for a 1400-member organization. 

Sustained, organic growth can only be achieved where there’s a strong core. To this end, I coached leaders and their teams for 3 large groups. I created engaging learning environments while promoting organizational goals. Interactive adult-learning techniques deliver proven results and I made sure I used those techniques to teach audiences.

✦ Launched small group program, achieving 600-person enrollment. Recruited and trained 14 coaches who supervised 3-4 leaders each. 
 
✦ Designed intense seminar with optional mentoring to improve on/assist with key interpersonal relationships. Liaised with 4 professional counselors to ensure best-in-class content. Offered seminar 3 times per year. Recruited, trained, and equipped 35 mentor couples to assist participants.

✦ Developed and managed centralized structure for developing organization through small group growth.  Initiated monthly leadership meetings for small group coaches.  Conducted proactive and needs-based training.  

✦ Organized and managed global service projects, providing care to individuals in Guadalajara, Mexico, Istanbul, Turkey, and London, England. Recruited, trained, and supervised project staff.

✦ Implemented educational seminar to increase membership. Created standard operating procedure for resulting membership and worked with individuals to tailor a plan to individual needs.

Campus Outreach is where my dream of coaching started. My focus centered on helping students develop a healthy career-/community-/spiritual-life.  At Samford University, I lead ~175 students who are now business and marketplace leaders around the world. I built relationships and mentored staff as an Area Director at the University of Montevallo and the University of Alabama in Birmingham.

Campus Outreach allowed me to develop excellent leadership skills which I still use to this day. I consistently raised the funds we needed to meet our annual goals. I also managed the budget and took care of those all-important donor relationships.
