The dirty secret of sports marketing? Most campaigns are beautiful failures. They win awards, not wallets. I focus on the unsexy work that actually moves numbers: CRM systems that don't suck, digital programs that teach executives how this whole internet thing works, and ad budgets that generate ROI instead of just reach.

I've learned that the gap between strategy and execution is where good ideas go to die. So I live in that gap, leading teams across creative, legal, and tech to build campaigns that scale beyond the initial sugar rush of launch week.

My career has ping-ponged between agencies, corporate roles, and consulting gigs. The common thread? Understanding that marketing isn't about what we want to say. It's about what people actually do when nobody's watching.
