As a Tier 2 Organizational Management Specialist, was instrumental in the implementation of a Fortune 500 company's Global OM project.
 Assisted in all phases of the project's preparation for Launch including testing and coordination with both technical and client representatives to create a global model for multiple country OM processes.
 Upon Go Live, became responsible for functioning with team members from both NGA and a Fortune 500 company to seamlessly manage the OM workload from UK and Sweden and more countries as they are introduced.
