Awesome. Making employee appreciation so huge! An absolute topic of the heart for me still today. People want to be valued. That's exactly what I brought into the conversation together with a colleague in companies. Together with EU Headquarters, we built up OC Tanner's presence in Germany. From the office to the first visuals to marketing campaigns, we worked intensively with our colleagues in the UK and the headquarters in the USA to bring the topic forward. Unfortunately, we realized that the topic was still too new for the DACH market. Failure is part of the game :-)

Working with key accounts from various industries, both in new business and in the renewal area > €1 million/year, was the absolute highlight of my career at monster.de. In this position, too, it was great working with the team and a Manager who I am still grateful to today for recognizing my potential.

During my long journey at monster.de, I was responsible in this position for customers from the SME sector in Baden-Württemberg. Through the many trips to visit customers, I was able to meet many interesting people who were just as passionate about HR and recruiting as I was. In this position I also quickly took on additional responsibility and was able to support the sales team as a Team Coordinator.

My first station in a steep career at monster.de. Starting in telesales Austria, I was very quickly given responsibility for larger customers in the enterprise business. I particularly remember the good cooperation with my colleagues in Vienna. The many trips to Austria were an absolute enrichment and awakened my passion for a wonderful country and super nice people there.
