Awesome. Making employee appreciation so huge! An absolute topic of the heart for me still today. People want to be valued. That's exactly what I brought into the conversation together with a colleague in companies. Together with EU Headquarters, we built up OC Tanner's presence in Germany. From the office to the first visuals to marketing campaigns, we worked intensively with our colleagues in the UK and the headquarters in the USA to bring the topic forward. Unfortunately, we realized that the topic was still too new for the DACH market. Failure is part of the game :-)
