With experience in the HR area as a payroll administrator and recruiter, in which I managed to implement rules for both the company and collaborators. Additionally, I helped some coworkers to be aware of their own lives and that work life is not seen as torture, but as a place of enjoyment, contribution, teamwork and building together. During my experience as HR, I notice that there is a deficit in the organizations regarding the treatment to the collaborators and also insecurity in the collaborators themselves.

Large part of my professional life I spent as a business administrator, which I practiced with order and patience, giving me calmness in carrying out tasks, achieving order and clarity in the accounts.
 
I am a person of changes, challenges, constantly learning, listening, getting to know new things, other cultures and places. I lived much of my life in fear, this led me to be insecure and #burnout.
