For some clients, our focus is weight loss. For others, our focus is treating medical conditions such as IBS, PCOS, Acid Reflex, Type 2 Diabetes, and many others through healthy eating.

⭐I focus on eating from all six major food groups, with an emphasis on portion control
⭐Carbs aren’t the enemy, and I show you ways to incorporate them into your diet naturally
⭐I don’t believe in deprivation, we need to enjoy our food! Moderation is the answer. 
⭐I take into account your religious practices such as Shabbos, The Yom Tovim, and many other holiday food traditions. I provide you with customized and practical solutions.

My signature program includes twice a week coaching (in person or remotely) and weekly check-in via email. It lasts a minimum of 8 weeks. Once the goal weight or outcome is achieved, we then continue working together for 5 weeks of stabilization and 10 weeks of maintenance. We learn about healthy eating, create meal plans together, develop organizational skills, and more. 

After working together, my clients feel empowered and in control of their life when it comes to eating.  They have adopted healthy eating habits for life, have gotten to goal weight and are proud of their accomplishment. And best of all, they have the tools to maintain their weight.
