the first company I sold at 22. 

Humanless was more like a darling project to me. Something that I was doing on the side for fun. But this fun turned into real play when I started doing sample projects for Craftd LDN and Tiffany & Co. 

Results were amazing! even I started landing opportunities with founders from top brands (you see on Forbes). But unfortunately, I had limited time, focus, and energy. Which started spreading thin between Simple Sales and Humanless. So I realized one had to go and it couldn't be Simple Sales - and that's it. 

Just like that. I created a company in the AI space. Positioned it as a premium solution in a relatively cheaper market. Built a high-performing team. Created proof of concept for it. Found the right investors and said goodbye to it - not as quick & easy as it sounds!

It was my 8th company after 7 failures in a row (definitely not a fluke).

Update: 

Unfortunately the new owners had to shutdown the project and the key lesson to be learned here was: What took me 4 hrs sleep nights to build & run, cannot be sustained & grown in 2-3 hrs of part time per day. Businesses demand time, iteration (a lot of it), sitting with problems even the ones that seem usolvable and a lot of suck to embrace. So prepare yourself mentally before getting into it.

2 broke (& homeless) friends started working creating a brand that was less about products and more obsession with loafers. Within months, the idea (Bal Maurals) turned into a plan and the plan manifested into a proper manufacturing phase - even got out first samples ready.

But unfortunately life had some other plans. My friend. With whom i envisioned all this died and with him died my courage to work on this dream as well. 

I'm wrote this description (again) almost more than a year from the incident and never thought i'd be writing "my friend died" the day i added this in my experience section. Anyways people die everyday. but those left behind often carry regrets and unfinished dreams. I was given both. Still, I know one thing for sure, When the time is right and I have the resources, I’ll make Bal Maurals happen.

Confession time:

I've got a serious issue when it comes to my clients and...

That is my attachment to them with time become stronger & stronger & stronger and it's the same pattern that repeats with every client of mine in the past including Bhavesh too...

He was one of my very first clients from India and we worked on tons of super exciting projects together. Some of his testimonies are still live on this profile and this particular project was to completely takeover his Coaching program launch and create strategy, funnels, copywriting, and manage developers & designers all together.

It was a challenging one, as we had very limited time to launch but the day came we did the pre-launch campaign, built demand on social channels, and launched the program on the exact day and as expected we were booking students like crazy.

So far it was a successful and satisfying one.

Now come to the problem, Due to the overload and upcoming exciting projects full of experience and understanding of branding. I had to leave Bhavesh and his top SMMA in Asia.

But the problem was, I didn't know how to face Bhavesh and tell him "That, I had to leave" at the same time.

But that day also came and I was ready & not ready at the same time...

Whenever we talk about C-level executives and founders or leadership teams we have this image of:

Seriousness, emotionless professionalism, jargon, and heavy words.

But it was all lie, first when I was approached by UC today to help them reactivate, and warm their cold list of CEO, founders, and top leadership. I thought it would take us stale numbers, facts & figures, and a little bit of convincing to get them onboard to UC today's amazing news feed.

But again I was proved wrong and was slapped straight with the reality that until or unless there are humans steering our companies, firms, and brands emotions will play a similar role in persuading them as it does in any other human on this planet.

So we shifted from heavy jargon and bland corporate messaging to a more simple, slightly casual, and professional tone that would resonate with their archetypes on a deeper level and the team loved the shift to a more human-friendly approach. Overall this project changed the way we thought about leadership teams and gave me ton of perspective that later helped me win incredible prospecting opportunties for my clients.
