● Successfully launched the „Respect Each Other” campaign that generated over 6.000
signatures among IT and HR professionals on the Hungarian market. The open letter produced
after the campaign facilitated the EU law changes making it mandatory for companies to

● My most important KPI were the growth of number of job applications which increased 2,5x
during my presence without increased marketing and advertising costs.

"If you choose to stay in an endless loop of abuse, shame, and fear… I quit. I’m leaving."

I was 18 when I said this to my mom, who chose, yet again, to stay with her abusive husband.

I was accused of betrayal, selfishness, and being ungrateful. Even called "names" for leaving my parents’ house before marriage. (I come from a conservative culture.)

But I knew I had to leave. I told myself, If I don’t get out, I’ll never be able to help her get out either.

I decided I was done. Time to change the script of my painful childhood.

I survived dark days—alone, with no money and no family. The weight of abandonment, fear, and shame felt unshakable.

Zero confidence. Low self-esteem. Authority figures terrified me.
I still remember how fear washed over me whenever my university director walked by. (She’s now a friend.)

I dated toxic, emotionally unavailable men.
Had no appreciation for my worth or my body. I even spent a year in an abusive relationship, repeating my mother’s cycle.

I said “yes” when I wanted to scream “no.” Stayed in places that crushed my soul. Walked, moved, and spoke with fear. Played small and gave credit to others.

I was too afraid to take up space in this world.

At 25, I was diagnosed with a hernia, and inflammation took over my left leg. I was drained, constantly molding myself into who others wanted me to be, just to feel like I belonged.

I truly believed life was full of suffering and pain.

Fast forward 13 years.

I have a beautiful, peaceful family.
I say "No" with ease.
I choose consciously where I put myself and with whom.
Play, laughter, and joy are my daily bread.
I take up space unapologetically, expressing myself fully.
I don’t worry about others' judgments and take nothing personally.
My mental and physical health are at their best.
No more inflammations—I can hike with my 3-year-old on my back.
I’m doing the work of my dreams.
I feel safe, calm, and free. My life is full of adventure.
I’m finally living the life I want and deserve.
