I’ve just completed an advanced program focused on agentic AI, governance, and scaling, with a specific lens on high-stakes decision environments.
My core takeaway: the real opportunity in AI is not assistance, but delegation with accountability. In buy-side M&A, agentic AI can now run large parts of the workflow—from always-on target discovery to diligence synthesis and LOI decision packs—provided autonomy is explicitly governed, decisions are auditable, and humans retain fiduciary judgment. I’m applying this directly to the development of CorpDev.ai, building an AI-first M&A operating system where: (1) Agents execute high-volume analysis and coordination (2) Humans approve strategy, terms, and external commitments (3) Every decision is logged, traceable, and continuously improved through feedback loops (4) This is not about replacing judgment. It’s about scaling judgment.

The 2026 U.S. debt maturity wall is quietly becoming one of the most underappreciated macro risks on the horizon.
