Is your SME moving in the right direction?

The impact of each problem worsens over time, so the longer you wait, the more effort it will take to turn things around. 

Two examples:

1. A sister and brother had just taken over the family business, but the question of their ability and legitimacy (internal and external) soon arose. My intervention enabled them to set up processes (organization, management and production), and thereby secure their ability to manage the business. Several years later, the company is doing well, despite the COVID period and other upheavals in their markets.

2. Here, the manager took over the family business shortly before the COVID period, without any real (in)training. Three years later, after a number of incidents (including COVID and supplier problems), he found himself in a judicial reorganization procedure. We've (re)structured the business, put in place methods and set priorities, and he's bravely climbing back up the slope, but the way out is now very narrow and arduous.

A surprising point? These two companies have exactly the same business.
