This is the section, where I tell you about how my degree in computer science catapulted me into the world of tech right?

That couldn't be further from the truth,  I did a law degree at the University of Sussex, and realized very quickly that I didn't want to spend anymore time reading case law.

Worked for a large engineering company in London for a while, started moving up the corporate ladder, before deciding to relocate to Salt Lake City ( just to let everyone know there are far less pubs here)

I then found the world of technology and start ups & I haven't looked back.

I am extremely passionate about building relationships and tackling tough problems, specifically in the customer success and partnerships space.

I also have a personal interest in social impact and corporate social responsibility, so much so that I decided to start a business that focuses on B2B charitable gifting (check out Go Give)

I had the pleasure of leading our cloud partnerships, where I worked closely with Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud. My focus was on strengthening our strategic alliances, which included a dedicated team that helped drive revenue growth at WorkSpan.

I also crafted Co-Sell and Marketplace strategies specifically designed for Microsoft, AWS, and GCP, enhancing our market presence. My efforts led to a strong partnership with AWS, making us their premier ally for CRM integration, further solidified by a strategic $3M investment from AWS.

I'm proud to have empowered our sellers and partners through comprehensive sales training at WorkSpan. These initiatives helped us achieve over three-quarters of our deals completed through cloud marketplaces.

Insight

I spearheaded the coordination of high-level briefings for Insight's executive team, gearing up for strategic discussions with Microsoft's senior leaders. This included everything from Executive Briefing Center sessions to partnership workshops, all while keeping a close eye on how these interactions could influence Insight's financial future. I was deeply involved in refining our go-to-market strategies, lead management, and incentives, making sure everything aligned perfectly as Insight grew its solution integrator capabilities.

Leading a dynamic team of 25, I was at the helm of managing one of Insight's most critical partnerships. We focused on honing sales strategies, bolstering operational investments, and enhancing service enablement, contributing to an impressive revenue of over $1 billion from Microsoft in 2022 alone.

I also led the charge in negotiating and rolling out a multi-million dollar Microsoft Accelerated Growth Initiative, a move that significantly strengthened our partnership investments.

NTT DATA Services

I led our team to achieve key partner competencies, securing Azure Expert MSP, three Microsoft Advanced Specializations, five AWS Competencies, and one GCP Expertise, all aligned with strategic GTM plans. I also spearheaded the "One NTT" cloud partnership, driving collaboration across NTT companies and launching over 30 co-sell solutions on Microsoft and AWS marketplaces.

My efforts expanded our cloud partnership network to include major platforms like Microsoft, AWS, GCP, and key ISVs such as Red Hat and VMware, enhancing our GTM strategies. I successfully integrated partner programs from four acquisitions under NTT DATA Services, upgraded our AWS partnership to Premier level in two years, and significantly improved our digital transformation services.

Notably, I increased the total contract value for cloud solutions to over $500M between 2019 and 2021 and executed a $150M Strategic Collaboration Agreement with AWS. Additionally, I secured a GCP Premier Partner status in less than 18 months, underlining our commitment to leading-edge cloud services.

Dell Services

In my journey with Dell Services, which later evolved into NTT DATA Services, I had the exciting opportunity to kickstart our partnerships with key players like AWS, Microsoft, and various essential Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) across cloud solutions. My role was pivotal in laying the foundation for a strong partnership ecosystem, something I'm incredibly proud of.

I spearheaded the development of our hyperscaler partnerships, a move that significantly boosted our collaboration with giants like Microsoft and AWS. I also welcomed new partners into our circle, focusing on enhancing our current alliances and ensuring we're always at the forefront of cloud advisory solutions.

Bringing new partners like Cloudamize and CloudEndure into our ecosystem was a highlight. I focused on delivering top-notch cloud advisory solutions, smoothing the onboarding process, and building a solid support structure. My negotiations for resell agreements with Microsoft and AWS were all about expanding our partnership offerings, aiming to bring more value to our clients and stakeholders.

I had the unique opportunity to design Level 1 and Level 2 managed services tailored for deployment on AWS and Microsoft Azure, offering our clients a range of comprehensive support options. I played a key role in setting up a co-sell channel that bridged Dell Services and Dell Software, significantly boosting the synergy across hardware, software, and service delivery.

I was instrumental in launching the next generation of cutting-edge IT services on public cloud platforms, marking a milestone in our journey towards innovation. A strategic move I'm particularly proud of was reallocating $45M in GTM growth investments for Dell Services. We shifted from relying on external funding sources to tapping into the broader Dell corporate family's resources, a change that bolstered internal collaboration and fueled our commitment to cloud innovations.

At Dell Services, I had the privilege of overseeing our DBA practice, catering to a diverse clientele across Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, and SAP/Sybase technologies with a global team of 200 experts. My journey involved managing the entire process from pre-sales to delivery, ensuring we met and exceeded our clients' expectations.

I spearheaded the development of our Database-as-a-Service (DBaaS) offering, establishing a scalable and efficient cloud-based database management solution that positioned us at the forefront of innovation.

Under my leadership, we achieved a significant 20% reduction in operating expenses, saving $2M in the first year alone, all while maintaining our commitment to customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This efficiency drive not only reduced costs but also improved our DBA deals' margin by 15%, boosting profitability and enhancing the value we deliver to our clients.

Manage team of leveraged DBAs across multiple customers and industries. Global team of 60 DBAs and team managers across 30+ customers.

• Managed shift of operations staffing from predominantly high cost locations to over 60% low cost locations, reducing operating expenses by over 50%
• Engaged in initiative to industrialize and standardize Oracle and SQL Server offerings, shifting from every deal being complex and custom, to simple and commoditized
