As a Business Development Specialist at Conversation Design Institute (CDI), I help organizations around the world create human-centric AI Assistants, such as chatbots and voice assistants. 

At CDI, I work closely with tech partners, agencies, and other key players in the industry to offer high-quality e-learning programs and live sessions for teams and individuals. I have trained hundreds of professionals in strategy, design, and development for AI Assistants, using our proven workflow and best practices.

My goal is to empower more people to design, deploy, and manage valuable conversational experiences.

I’m an Italian MD turned founder.

I co-founded and lead ORBIS, a Swiss supplement brand built from scratch that scaled to 7 figures in revenue its first year, with products now used by thousands of customers across Europe.

In 2024, I launched a natural testosterone formulation that reached €100k/month in under five months, not through hype, but through formulation rigor, repeat purchases, and long-term customer trust.

Before entrepreneurship, I studied medicine to understand the human body at a deep level.
What I learned quickly is that hospitals treat disease - they don’t teach people how to perform consistently under pressure.

Building ORBIS made the real constraint obvious:
execution breaks when energy, discipline, and decision-making aren’t supported.

Today, I focus on performance systems for high-stakes men - founders, operators, and builders who don’t lack ambition, but struggle with inconsistent execution as pressure increases.

Already almost done with the 4th 🙏

It’s funny how the smallest moments stick with you. Like, sitting in that cramped office, late at night, trying to figure out why our retention was dropping. I remember feeling that tightness in my chest, like I was missing something obvious. Turns out, I was. Or maybe I wasn’t. It’s hard to tell sometimes.

Transitioning from medicine to this world of DTC - where every day feels like a puzzle - has been a strange ride. You think you understand the mechanics, but then a tiny detail, a small shift in customer behavior, throws everything off.

And I admit, I’ve been guilty of overcomplicating things. Thinking I need to crack some secret code to grow. But maybe it’s just about the basics - trust, consistency, listening.

Like that morning, when I realized our best customers weren’t just buying once - they kept coming back. Not because of some fancy campaign, but because we showed up for them. Every time.

It’s a slow process, isn’t it? Building that trust. And yet, I still catch myself rushing, trying to accelerate what can’t be rushed.

Sometimes I wonder if I’m just fooling myself, or if this is what real growth feels like - small, steady, almost invisible.

And then I think about that one customer who messaged us, just to say thanks. That’s the real win, isn’t it?

Or maybe I’m just chasing that feeling, that quiet assurance that we’re doing something right. Even if it’s just a little at a time.
