As a Business Development Specialist at Conversation Design Institute (CDI), I help organizations around the world create human-centric AI Assistants, such as chatbots and voice assistants. 

At CDI, I work closely with tech partners, agencies, and other key players in the industry to offer high-quality e-learning programs and live sessions for teams and individuals. I have trained hundreds of professionals in strategy, design, and development for AI Assistants, using our proven workflow and best practices.

My goal is to empower more people to design, deploy, and manage valuable conversational experiences.

I’m a Conversational AI specialist and Experience Design leader with 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions. 

An engineer by degree, I’ve designed and scaled 100+ virtual assistants, led global teams, written multiple CxD playbooks, and founded the Conversation Design team at Jio Haptik, one of the world’s largest Conversational AI platforms.

Currently, as Head of Academy at the Conversation Design Institute, I help enterprises and startups develop and implement Conversational AI product strategy, launch AI assistants, and train teams in best practices for human-centered AI.

I’m also passionate about mentoring emerging designers and AI practitioners, having guided hundreds of professionals through ADPList, industry events, and workshops globally. 

When I'm not working, I enjoy helping grammatically challenged souls, bookworming, and finding funny things on the Internet.

I try to live each day by these lines from the poem 'A Farewell' by Charles Kingsley:
Do noble things, not dream them, all day long:
