We created a dedicated AI team that now works across the entire company.

We are 25 people.

And 3 of us, more than 10 percent of the company, focus only on AI.

Their impact is immediate because they ship fast.

Very fast.

The first thing they delivered was an internal library of AI agents.

This shift changed how we build.

Ce que j’ai appris en recrutant +10 personnes cette année avec Gemeos

Recruter dans une agence qui scale, c’est pas “trouver des profils”.
C’est construire une équipe capable d’exécuter vite, bien…
Et avec un niveau d’exigence que 90% du marché ne veut pas assumer.

Voici 5 apprentissages  :

1. Le CV ne vaut rien
Je m’en fiche de ton portfolio si ton raisonnement ne suit pas.
Les A-players, tu les reconnais à leur façon de décortiquer un problème en 30 secondes. Le design ou la technique, ça vient après.

2. Les meilleurs profils veulent une vision
Une mission cool sans vision, c’est pas stimulant
Ce qui retient un talent, c’est l'ambition et les perspectives d'évolution 
• où on va
• ce qu’on attend
• comment on gagne
• comment on grandit

3. Un junior autonome > un senior compliqué
Le marché valorise les titres.
Moi je valorise l’énergie, la vitesse d’apprentissage et l’humilité.
Rien de pire que quelqu’un qui “a déjà tout vu”.

4. La culture n’est pas un slogan, c’est un filtre
Ambition > réalisme
Vitesse > perfection
Initiative > attente

Si quelqu’un n’est pas aligné, tu vas le sentir très vite : meetings mous, livrables qui traînent, excuses.
Un mauvais fit, même talentueux, détruit plus de valeur qu’il n’en crée.

5. Le vrai luxe, c’est une équipe qui se tire vers le haut
Dans les projets.
Dans les réunions.
Dans les retours clients.
Dans la vitesse d’itération.

C’est ça qui permet de scaler sans perdre en qualité, les gens, les gens, les gens

Aujourd’hui, on est 15.
Demain on sera plus.

Ce que je veux, c’est garder cette énergie d’équipe qui veut jouer en Top 1%.
Et ça, ça passe par une seule règle :

Recruter des talents qui ont la dalle

Beaucoup d’agences font du bon boulot.
Vraiment.

La concurrence est rude, le niveau est haut… et c’est très bien comme ça.

Parce qu’au final, la différence ne se fait plus sur ce qu’on fait.
Elle se fait sur comment on le fait, et qui on est.

Dans l’énergie qu’on apporte.
Dans la précision des détails.
Dans la façon d’être force de proposition plutôt que simple exécutant.

Chez Gemeos, on ne vend pas “un site”.

On vend une équipe complète, alignée et engagée :

Aucune personne seule ne peut cumuler ces expertises au niveau où on les exige.

On a les meilleurs process qu’on ait jamais eus.

Et nos clients le ressentent, dans la fluidité, la vitesse, l’anticipation, la qualité finale.

Résultat ?
On va faire 1,2M€ cette année, uniquement grâce à la reco + un peu d’organique.
Sans outbound. Sans pub.

Juste des clients satisfaits…

Comment une refonte peut transformer le Sales

On parle toujours de SEO, de conversion, de design.
Mais le vrai impact d’une refonte bien faite…
C’est sur le closing qu’il se voit.

Dans la majorité des projets qu’on reprend chez Gemeos, le site n'est pas aligné avec le discours Sales

Résultat :

Le prospect arrive en call avec une perception floue, une mauvaise compréhension du produit et des objections inutiles.

Une bonne refonte, c’est l’inverse.
C’est aligner site → pitch → objection → parcours.

Voilà ce qu’on voit quand c’est bien fait :

1. Le Sales n’a plus besoin de “vendre”

Le visiteur arrive éduqué.
Le call devient une validation, moins besoins d'être salesy.

2. Le taux de no-show chute

Parce que l’UX, la preuve sociale et le messaging ont déjà créé la confiance avant même le premier contact.

3. Les objections disparaissent en amont

Le site fait le travail :
 • “Comment ça marche ?” → expliqué
 • “Est-ce que ça s’intègre ?” → clarifié
 • “Pourquoi vous ?” → prouvé
 
4. Le cycle de vente se raccourcit

Quand le prospect comprend exactement la valeur dès la première visite, tout va plus vite.

5. L’équipe Sales paraît 2x plus senior

Parce que tout le monde raconte la même histoire.
Cohérence = autorité.

Un site, ce n’est pas juste un asset marketing.
C’est un levier Sales sous-estimé.

“Notre site est déjà correct”
C’est l’un des biais cognitifs les plus coûteux en B2B :

Un site peut paraître “correct”
Tout en étant structurellement incapable de générer du business.

Un site “correct”, c’est un site qui :

• répond au minimum vital
• ne choque personne
• ne raconte rien d’important
• ne soutient aucune stratégie SEO ou growth

En surface : ça va
Mais en réalité c'est sous estimer le coût d’opportunité

Parce qu’un site “correct”, c’est un site qui existe.
Mais qui n’oriente aucune décision, ne qualifie aucun lead
Et ne construit aucune autorité.

Le vrai problème n’est pas ce qu’il fait.

C’est tout ce qu’il empêche :

• Il n’adresse pas clairement l’intention utilisateur
• Il ne structure pas le cycle de décision B2B
• Il ne crée aucune différence perçue
• Il n'alimente aucune mécanique SEO
• Il ne pose aucun système de conversion scalable

Résultat : 
Vos équipes marketing compensent.
Vos sales compensent.
Vos budgets ads compensent.

Et pendant ce temps, votre site, censé être un asset, agit comme un passif silencieux.

La question n’est donc plus :
“Est-ce que notre site est correct ?”

La seule question qui compte :
“Combien nous coûte un site qui ne fait que le strict minimum ?”

Le “correct” n’a jamais fait croître personne.
Le performant, oui.
