I have 20 years experience in sales and marketing in the healthcare space. I studied as a lawyer before changing course into sales. I have a proven track record in developing, launching and running innovative healthcare businesses. 

Outside of work I focus my energy on my wonderful family, my own health and fitness and the odd round of golf.

🎤Designing bespoke health and wellbeing interventions for private and public sector clients. Responsible for delivering physical and mental wellness support to private and public sector clients to drive culture shifts across various sectors.

👉Lead on delivering wellbeing training to managers and employees, including behaviour change, physical fitness, mental wellbeing, nutrition and stress management. 

👉Conduct quantitative and qualitative company research producing reports to provide insights to current wellbeing challenges. Provide solutions to wellbeing challenges in line with the evidence base and company vision. 

👉Creating new wellbeing training services in line with current population needs and preferences. For example, wellbeing champions, wellbeing strategy, personal weight management, healthier habits and menopause education. In addition, provide regular mentoring to new and less experienced wellbeing practitioners to improve their delivery, knowledge and result-producing skills.

👉Provide regular mentoring to organisations on their wellbeing strategy, potential barriers and solutions.
