Practice Technical Lead, Modern Work+Security

- Partner with EMEA regional teams to design/propose solutions for customers and drive MultiCloud adoption and revenue.

- Educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition of MultiCloud and Big Data Cloud solutions.

- Establish credibility and build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customer accounts to enable cloud advocate knowledge and practice.

- Participate in deep architectural discussions to build confidence and ensure customer success when building new and migrating existing applications, software and services on MultiCloud environment accounts.

- Provide high quality technical presales services to customers and partners (value proposition, cloud workshops, cloud products positioning) through presentations, demonstrations/seminars, proof of concepts, installations, and/or response to tender invitations and request for information documentation.

- Conduct deep-dive “hands-on” education/training sessions and knowledge transfer to customers considering or already using hybrid/private/public Cloud.

- Formulating and leading presales technical/functional support activity to prospective clients and partners whilst ensuring effective customer satisfaction.

- Acquire, ingest, and process data from multiple sources and systems into cloud native hyperscaler infrastructure platforms, using the Hitachi Cloud Accelerator software tools.

- Provides direction and specialist knowledge on new technologies to customers and partners around data science, AI, blockchain, machine learning, cloud adoption, cloud transformation and modern workplace migrations, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, DBaaS, NaaS and DWHaaS.

Pre-sales Solutions Architect, Hitachi Cloud Services EMEA

Responsible for contributing to client ICT cloud strategy, developing Microsoft Azure/M365 platform presentations, creation of BRS/FRS documentation and acting as a Digital Workplace ambassador to all field sellers and client teams.

Showcase the latest Microsoft technologies and lead customers through strategy briefings, architecture design sessions, POC’s and workshop demos. Be the first point of call for all technical solution delivery engagements.

- Articulate the art of the possible with Microsoft Azure/M365 Platform including Windows 10 EUC, Azure AD Premium, EMS, InTune for Android/iOS/WINTEL/macOS, M365, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, Yammer, Planner, Delve, Shifts, Forms, Kaizala, Dynamics 365, Flow, Power BI, OneDrive for Business and/or SfB Online.
