•	Secure profitable, new business while also growing the current customer base by identifying opportunities through a consultative approach and selling various logistics solutions that fit the customers’ needs
•	Annual revenue management of over $2mm in transportation sales across 120+ customers at the field sales level
•	Company rank: Top 5% in New Account growth; top 5% in specialty product growth; top 25% in overall revenue growth

PepsiCo

•	Responsible for developing relationships with carrier sales teams, giving me insight into how the client side views sales negotiations with vendors
•	Negotiate rates and volume on lanes based on carrier capacity and Pepsi shipping volume
•	Work with forecasting and warehouse teams to level out freight volumes on specific lanes, to mitigate costs during the tightened capacity market; this allowed me to understand how the client side views and addresses internal pain points and solutions to alleviate them
•	As a result of the above, I started a new project that capitalized on this volume consistency and has been implemented across the entire US PepsiCo Bottling division

Transportation Supervisor

Schneider

•	Worked on-site at a Costco Depot in Grand Prairie, TX so that I could see their daily operations
•	Based on this understanding, I created multiple programs while working directly with Schneider’s divisional director that allowed us to almost double revenue and become a profitable business unit for the first time in the account’s history; this led to two awards, also the first time in account history

Account Operations Manager

•	Full P&L Responsibility for two dedicated accounts, Nestle Waters and Amazon; budgeted EBIT was 11%; actual EBIT was 21%

I have a strong background in multiple industries, which has proven to be a valuable asset when helping clients with operational technology. This involves understanding their specific challenges, such as optimizing assets, improving supply chain efficiency, accurately reporting ESG and staying up-to-date with market trends. I help my clients leverage AI-powered technology to develop targeted strategies tailored to their needs. My expertise in transportation and manufacturing/production has played a crucial role in implementing effective solutions that enhance efficiency and drive innovation.

I have the privilege to work with top companies that are looking to improve the way they manage their assets today by implementing enterprise-level software like Maximo, the leader in this market. This allows them to go beyond just the basics of work orders and service requests while harnessing the power of AI. Users gain insights into asset health and predicting failures based on advanced algorithms that process all of the data specific to each asset, all while remotely monitoring for any anomalies.

Having a background in transportation has given me a lot of insight into the importance of B2B & eCommerce platforms as it relates to communication in the supply chain. From the supplier to vendor to freight carrier to retail to consumer, there's an incredible amount of information exchanged that's of paramount importance to each and every transaction. I like to refer to having an effective EDI/B2B/B2C/OMS solution as the "lifeblood" of each organization; without it, you won't survive. 

What I really appreciate about working at IBM is the company's steadfast commitment to nurturing critical thinking. The culture here empowers me to tackle challenges with intellectual rigor and creativity. Having the autonomy to take ownership of my projects is important to me, as it allows me to contribute to an innovative work environment. It's great to collaborate with others who share the same values.

Outside of work, you'll often find me enjoying the outdoors, whether I'm camping or exploring on my bike. I'm also a big fan of discovering new places and getting lost in a good book. And when it comes to Borussia Dortmund fußball, I never miss a match!
