Do you see the MISTAKE?



BRAND is everything for bespoke restaurants. And decor is brand. Every detail matters—and can make or break my upscale dining experience. 

Imagine my dismay when I saw this beautifully curated bookshelf. RUINED. By the slapdash, haphazard, churlish placement of a tub of disinfectant wipes. 

When I’m eating my $11 slice of vegan gluten-free spiced carrot cake, do I want to think about DIRTY GERMS? No.

I almost spewed my air fried organic chicken tenders at the affront of this TERRIBLE ruined decorative shelf. 

All those meticulously Pantoned green books, fake plastic flora, and aesthetic dishware—NOW ABHORRENT TO MY EYES. 

I promptly and loudly complained to the staff and left a 1 star review on every website I could access (about 15). This restaurant—despite its delicious and healthy food—needs to learn a harsh lesson about the power of BRAND.
