Strategic Workforce Expansion: Under my leadership, Vara Technology's workforce grew from 2800 to 4500 employees in just two years. I orchestrated a robust recruitment engine that ensured top talent acquisition, contributing significantly to our organizational growth.

IT Staffing Excellence: Managing the IT Staffing Business with an annual turnover of INR 170 Crores was a key part of my role. I oversaw talent acquisition and placement, delivering top-tier IT staffing solutions to our clients.

Software Services Innovation: I spearheaded the establishment of our Software Services division, focusing on cutting-edge domains such as RPA, Analytics, Mobile Application Development, and Testing. Leveraging the Fourability framework, I built practices that attracted new clients from India and the Middle East, expanding our service offerings.

Acquisition and Integration: Ensuring seamless integration of acquired companies into Vara Technology was a critical responsibility. This meticulous approach played a pivotal role when we successfully sold the company to Wipro.
