Most 0–1 failures don’t die because the idea was bad.

They die because the founder tried to be clever before being useful.

0–1 has only one real job:
Turn uncertainty into a repeatable decision.

That means:
• One ICP you can name without a slide
• One problem tied to money, time, or risk
• One behavior change you can observe
• One transaction that proves intent

Anything beyond this is intellectual entertainment.

Vision doesn’t build 0–1.
Constraints do.

If you can’t explain why a stranger paid you in one sentence, you don’t have a product yet. You have a theory.
