After studying computer engineering and diving into Python, machine learning, and app development, burnout led me to leave college and rediscover my love for art. As tanoseihito, I’ve built a community of 100,000 by sharing illustrations on business, life, and productivity.

Now, I run Tanosei Studio, motion design business, work full time crafting visuals for b2b and startups, and create content that blends tech, philosophy, and art.

We've outgrown the old shape of Tanosei Studio.

For a long time, Tanosei Studio looked smaller than what it was becoming.

The old identity no longer felt aligned with how we think, how we work, and what we are trying to build.

So we changed it.
Tanosei Studio started with me as a solo artist trying to create strong work for tech startups.

I had been drawn to this ecosystem for a long time.
I always wanted to build our own company inside it.
Over time, the work grew into something much deeper than just making videos.

The way we work became more system-driven.
We move projects through systems.
We approach client problems through first principles.
We try to understand the deeper problem before thinking about the output.

And over time, I realized I was training our team to think engineer first, designer second.
That does not make design less important.

It means every creative decision should come from clarity, structure, and understanding, not only taste.

That changed how I saw Tanosei Studio. 
Because the deeper work was never only about visuals.

It was always about clarity.

Taking something complex, breaking it down, and shaping it into something people can understand, trust, and move with.

This rebrand reflects that.

It also reflects the kind of team we want to build.
Not another design company.

A team shaped by craft, discipline, systems, and first-principles thinking.

A team that can understand the system underneath the message and build work that makes things clearer.

Today, I can finally say Tanosei Studio is no longer just me.

We now have a solid team, and we are building this company for real.
That means a lot.

This journey has been full of pursuit, hard work, rejection, and learning.

And through all of it, we’ve had the chance to work with incredible founders and teams who trusted us early.

To every customer who supported us from the beginning, thank you.

This feels much closer to who we are becoming.

About 3 years ago, I joined Chandigarh Toastmasters and dropped $44 on membership.

One of the best decisions I ever made.

Forced me to get comfortable on stage and take public speaking seriously.

Now I can speak anywhere, to anyone, for as long as I want.

Jannine is the founder of Ladies of The House, where she coaches women in hospitality leadership.

She's an ICF-certified executive coach, leads burnout workshops for Females in Food, and recently joined Her Workplace as an Executive Coach.

Her content? Genuinely great when it shows up.

But after studying her LinkedIn, I found 4 leaks that might be costing her:

• Dozens of potential coaching inquiries
• Hundreds of new followers
• And an estimated $5k-$10k/mo in coaching revenue

So let me walk through these leaks & how I'd fix them:

Leak 1: A headline that lists roles instead of results

Jannine's current headline:
🚫 "Executive Coach | Life Coach | Women's Community Manager | Former Hospitality Professional"

The problem?
That's a resume, not a value proposition.

A stranger scrolling LinkedIn has no idea who she helps or why it matters.

So I'd change it to something like:

✅ "Helping Women in Hospitality Lead Without Burning Out | Executive Coach | Founder, Ladies of The House"

One read. Instantly clear. Speaks directly to her dream client.

Leak 2: Inconsistent posting schedule

Jannine's best posts get real engagement.

Her recent line — "Powering through isn't a power move" — is exactly what hospitality leaders need to hear.

🚫 But from what I can see, the posting isn't consistent enough to build compounding momentum.

On LinkedIn, inconsistency kills momentum faster than bad content ever could.

✅ The fix? A simple 3x/week posting rhythm.

One story post. One insight post. One credibility post.
That's it.

Leak 3: Posts that inspire but don't convert

🚫 Right now, Jannine's content builds goodwill but rarely moves readers toward booking a call.

There's no consistent thread from "this resonates" to "I need to work with her."

✅ Every post should end with a soft CTA like:
"I have 2 coaching spots open this month for hospitality leaders ready to stop surviving and start leading. Drop a 🙋 below."

Simple. Human. No hard sell.

Leak 4: Her niche is buried

🚫 Jannine has one of the sharpest niches in coaching — women in hospitality leadership.

But you'd barely know it from her profile.

✅ That niche should be front and center everywhere — headline, about section, every post.

It's her unfair advantage over every generalist coach on the platform.
Own it loudly.
