I am a branding strategist and designer, driven by the existence of problems in the way companies are created and developed, along with major mistakes in building their brands and identities in a time of massive noise from brands online. 

I have experienced firsthand the conflict between what the company owner or establishment needs and the things they seek to implement, leading to a conflict in goals, direction, and vision. With visible elements of brands executed in a somewhat primitive manner, I saw the need to step up and make a difference.

The road to success is never easy, and I have faced my fair share of difficulties and challenges.
 Most business owners are focused on making profits today, without addressing strategic matters that benefit in the long term. 

They want advertising campaigns for them, not strategic plans. This is where I come in. I have been able to overcome these challenges by creating tangible plans with results on both the short and long-term axes. My approach allows business owners to see financial results quickly while improving their brand's visual appearance, leading to long-term success.

↳ One of my success stories is Zuhur Al-Shifa, a restaurant specializing in grilling and Iraqi cuisine located in Amman, the capital city. 

When I first started working with them, it was just an ordinary restaurant belonging to the popular category. But with our team's help, we were able to make a big difference in the way the service was provided, the staff, and the restaurant's special designs. 

↳ We created a unique identity for the brand and prepared customers to be fully ready to go to the restaurant through targeted advertising campaigns. Today, Zuhur Al-Shifa has its own unique identity and is an echo of the brand name in the markets.

NILE SPF farm is an unique project in the Middle east Established by "LOHMMAN Terzecht-Germany".
it started on 1999 and continued for five years as a sister company to VALO SPF-Germany farm. Since 2005 it is independent and selling its product under NILE SPF trade mark.
This product is the raw material for vaccine production.

Responsibilities:
•	Manage responsibilities handled from GM.
•	Attend conferences with local clients as technical assistance. 
•	Give technical recommendations when needed. 
•	Set maintenance plan with responsible to upgrade, fix or replace old Machines.
•	Contact with equipments foreign vendors and others offer services.

Broilers integrated Farm with total capacity 13,000,000 Broilers/year. 78 houses in 13 farms with 6 houses each all in all out. Houses are close system.

Responsibilities:
•	Operate within the budgeted parameters and achieve the performance objectives and costs.
•	Liaise with feed suppliers and coordinate with other department managers to ensure timely supply of inputs. And explore all possible means of cost saving.
•	Report all technical data.
•	Monitor health situation, and applying cleaning, disinfection, medication.
•	Apply bio-security program.
•	Slaughter planning.
•	Regular appraise, identify training needs of the work force and presenting suitable recommendations for staff development.
•	Perform any other reasonably assigned duties within scope of expertise.

Broiler Farm Manager

Normandi for poultry

1800 acre Integrated Broilers Farm. 3,000,000 Broilers / year. 20,000 parent stock. 3,000,000 chick / year hatchery. 6,000 bird / hour slaughter house, and 100 ton/day Feed mill.

Responsibilities:
•Plan for expansion.
•Technical consultation.
•Acceptance sampling for new staff.
•Training and examination for qualifying production teams.
•Design all production reports needed.
•Contact with Local & foreign suppliers for
(Spare parts, flocks, hatching eggs, feed additives, concentrates, parent stocks and other production requirements).
•Ration formulation.
•Contact and arrange for supplying row materials for feed from local market.

1000 acre integrated broilers farm. 1,500,000 Broilers / year. 14,500 parent stock. 1,500 birds / hour slaughter house, and 50 ton/day vertical mixing unit.

Responsibilities:
•As a consultant.
•Set all programs for broilers production.
•Supervise Managers of all production sectors.
•Design and release summary reports of all production activities.
•Plan for expansion.

38 acre Integrated broilers Farm. 2,200,000 Broilers / year, 1000 bird / hour slaughter house, 50 ton / day vertical mixing unit.

Responsibilities:
•Design and release weekly production reports.
•Farm management and disinfection.
•Formulate feed and Manage feed mixing unit.
•Manage slaughter house.
•Plan for expansion.

Farm Manager

S.P.F. Egypt

•Supervise all cleaning and disinfection Process.   
•Sampling for laboratory test (Swabs - Blood - Air trays - feed - Eggs) for monitoring the hygienic measures.
•White area (A.P.C., E.G.C., Houses) and flocks management.
•Receive and incubate imported pure line S.P.F. eggs, populate and depopulate flocks.
•Release weekly production reports.

Production manager

100 acre SPF layers Pure & GGP Farm. Total capacity 18000 SPF layers, Production Houses are BSL2 Class, 9000Eggs/Hour EGC unit, APC Unit one ton pasteurized feed/hour, Separate incubators with Capacity of 8400 eggs each house.

Responsibilities:
•	 Supervise all daily routine work.
•	 Sampling for QC Lab test (Swabs - Blood - Air trays - feed - Eggs).
•	 White area crew at (A.P.C., E.G.C., Houses) & flocks management.
•	 Manage Receiving and incubation for new imported genetic lines.
•	 Manage flock population and depopulation.
•	 Release weekly production reports and analyze technical data.
•	Attend weekly technical conferences.

Production Manager

Summary
One of the pioneers in Middle East specialized in SPF field (Specific pathogen free eggs - LSL Layers strain reared under BSL2 environment) with a 17 years experience. 

Ranged in poultry field and occupied managerial positions and possessed many skills.
I worked with Broilers integrated projects for more than 7 years,

Having the practical experience related to cleaning and disinfection for different production units and those working under intensive bio-security rules. And how to choose suit chemicals for these units. Besides vaccination skills and flock management during rearing & production.

Design Excel files helps in field like (Least cost formulation for feed composition and poultry meat products), recording and analyzing technical data. Also design administrative structure for integrated companies. Besides set applicable technical programs and reports for different activities.

Drawing 3D skill using Google sketch up. Talented in transferring the know-how and training technicians for production and maintenance. Working smoothly with team work, drawing up future plans for expansion and establishing new production units with selecting proper equipment needed, besides applying quality control rules for these units.
