I am a branding strategist and designer, driven by the existence of problems in the way companies are created and developed, along with major mistakes in building their brands and identities in a time of massive noise from brands online. 

I have experienced firsthand the conflict between what the company owner or establishment needs and the things they seek to implement, leading to a conflict in goals, direction, and vision. With visible elements of brands executed in a somewhat primitive manner, I saw the need to step up and make a difference.

The road to success is never easy, and I have faced my fair share of difficulties and challenges.
 Most business owners are focused on making profits today, without addressing strategic matters that benefit in the long term. 

They want advertising campaigns for them, not strategic plans. This is where I come in. I have been able to overcome these challenges by creating tangible plans with results on both the short and long-term axes. My approach allows business owners to see financial results quickly while improving their brand's visual appearance, leading to long-term success.

↳ One of my success stories is Zuhur Al-Shifa, a restaurant specializing in grilling and Iraqi cuisine located in Amman, the capital city. 

When I first started working with them, it was just an ordinary restaurant belonging to the popular category. But with our team's help, we were able to make a big difference in the way the service was provided, the staff, and the restaurant's special designs. 

↳ We created a unique identity for the brand and prepared customers to be fully ready to go to the restaurant through targeted advertising campaigns. Today, Zuhur Al-Shifa has its own unique identity and is an echo of the brand name in the markets.

•	Managing the participation file in international exhibitions such as the Gulf Food exhibition in Dubai (booking the best stand, confirming participation, designing and implementing the stand, attracting the target customers to visit the stand, media coverage of participation, and following up communication with potential customers after the exhibition).

•	Conducting presales duties including accepting RFPs (requests for proposal), tailoring offers to meet client requirements with respect to itinerary, accommodations, transportation, local (Syria) and regional (Lebanon and Jordan) tour guides, and all other special requests and business requirements
•	Responsible for financial tenders with clients (FITS & GROUPS) including introductory pricing and all related negotiations leading to final pricing agreements
•	Developing and marketing new tourism industry programs and packages that attract and serve new segments in the tourism market with special concentration on the areas of eco, sustainable and religious tourism
•	Working with internal organization teams to address business process and workflow bottlenecks and designing proper solutions that increase productivity and efficiency with special concentration on the areas of client delivery
