•  Managing and chairing the organizing committee of Egyptian Science and Engineering Fair (ESEF) Competition for year 2011 and 2012:

- To promoting the culture of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) in Egyptian schools.
- It is a program consists of many activities, including: Teachers and students training on scientific thinking method, tours to support students’ projects, more than twelve local science fairs across Egypt and ending with 2 country fairs one in Alex and the other in Cairo.
- Responsible for project leadership, planning and managements, including timely achievement of project schedules, Identifies resources needed, assigns individual responsibilities and completion of deliverables.
- Co-responsible for moderating all activities of the twelve local science fairs and the Cairo Final fair, including: registration, training, projects support, judging, and events’ program.
- Representing Egypt in the international Competition.


•  Co-Managing “The Intel Science Competition - Arab World”, it is an Arab pan competition organized by Science Age Society and Intel Corporation for the first time on the Arab world level, with the aim of encouraging school students of the 14-18 to gain interest in scientific research. It was hosted at Bibliotheca Alexandrina, Alexandria, Egypt from 7 to 9 December 2010:

- The final event was attended by 222 participants, 28 judges and 102 young scientists presenting 68 projects from 10 Arab countries. 
- I was responsible for registration local arrangements, judging moderation, event program and interaction with Arab countries local organizers.
- I was co-responsible for entire project structuring, planning and management.


•  Developing rules, contents and printing materials for Ethraa Initiative, a business plan competition to support Arabic language contents organized by SAS and Goggle.


•  Co-managing the judging process and judging events in the pre-final and final stage of "Start with Google" competition.

•  Developed and managed a new competition for Entrepreneurs in industrial sector. I was the first of its kind worldwide and recognized as a featured event of Global Entrepreneurship Week 2009.


•  Proposed and submitted a project to the European Commission through the TEMPUS program titled (Advanced Engineering Systems: Bridging the Gap between Academia and Industry). It has been approved for funding by the European Commission.
