I founded my first eCom brand in 2018 with about $600 in the bank, still in school and not knowing what I would do with my life. Fast forward two years later, I grew my brand past six figures in annual revenue that sold to customers worldwide & all of that with a mix of digital marketing, upsell flows & a great deal of luck.

Sounds like the dreamy entrepreneurial success story, right? Well, the reality was a living hell. Not having a clue about international taxes, cash flow or inventory management turned the operational end of things from a "LaLa Land" to "No Country For An Old Man" pretty fast.

And trust me, the never-ending obsession with scaling our marketing campaigns as long as our cost-per-purchase was profitable definitely didn't help.

After that, I decided to put my newly acquired skills that I learned from growing my own dropshipping brands from scratch & put them to better use to help brands with actual good products to scale their new customer acquisition. 

This was how VictoryMedia was born. 

For two years I worked with brands, mostly in the apparel niche & slowly but surely narrowed down my skills to brands that have a bigger SKU catalog to successfully help them scale their brand to the next level. 

After two years, one of my biggest clients ¡AyGüey! approached me with the unique opportunity to build their US operations, become a partner of ¡AyGüey!US & be responsible for the growth in the new American market. 

This is pretty much what I'm working on right now & how I got here...

However, long story short - I believe the internet & social media is an incredibly powerful way to sell products, grow companies & fulfill an entrepreneur's dream. 

Apart from that? I love traveling. Having lived everywhere from Berlin to Madrid to Mexico, I love having the freedom of working remotely from different places in the world & learning while doing so.
