I'm currently part of the leadership team at Uncovered, where I help to look after growth strategy, operations and the financial health of the business. That means thinking big picture while staying close to the day-to-day: making sure the right people, processes and partnerships are in place to scale something we really believe in.

Before Uncovered, I spent four brilliant years at TikTok UK as Head of Key Accounts, working with amazing brands across fashion, beauty, entertainment, retail, travel and tech. I joined TikTok early and helped shape what success looked like for partners on the platform.

Prior to that, I was Head of AV at Havas Media, leading major accounts and developing holistic AV planning. In total, I spent 14 years at big agencies before jumping into something a little more independent and a lot more fast-paced!
