Even as a serial sales rep throughout school, I never considered a career in sales as a viable option.

I had resigned myself to the reality that teaching was my calling and that sales was just a means to pay the rent until I graduated.

That all changed when I attended a dinner my brother was hosting for his closest friends.

The topic of what I planned to do came up and there was an overwhelming amount of support to seriously consider the field of sales.

That night, without a business degree, I worked up the courage to apply to some of the perceived best sales organizations we had discussed.

To my surprise, companies began to reach out and I haven't looked back since.

Now, I am here to help others, in a similar position find their calling.

Working in the trenches, leading teams, or advising companies on their growth objectives.

I'm excited to give back and help those who may look to forge a similar path.

-Provide strategic, operational and program management support to existing and prospective partners to ensure they are well prepared to successfully serve the needs of our joint customers and to drive further adoption of FinancialForce solutions.
-Enable and onboard key partners to become sufficiently skilled to accurately scope and successfully deliver implementation projects on time and within budget.  
-Lead partner program update calls.  Manage and maintain partner communication platforms, partner relationship management and enablement systems.-The programs I developed and managed supported the growth of the channel partners including:
+200% year over year growth in number of partners and certified resources
+195% growth in sales (closed/won)
+239% growth in pipeline
+20% year over year increase in Partner-led implementations vs. FF internal
+10% increase in partner satisfaction rating of partner-led implementations.
In 2021, based on the last 2 years of work, the FinancialForce Partner Program was recognized with a 5 star rating in CRN’s Partner Program Guide.
