Support your partner.

My wife has had to reinvent herself many times during her 23+ year photography career.

She was already working at a high level in London when we moved to Estonia.

She started building momentum in Estonia when we moved to New York City.

She reached a strong position in New York just as we returned to Estonia to raise our kids.

After our first child, she began building momentum in Europe again — until COVID disrupted everything and forced her to rebuild from scratch online.

And just as the momentum returned, artificial intelligence changed the entire game.

Today, it simply feels good to watch how she doesn’t give up.
How she adapts, tries again, and keeps moving forward.

This has taught me more about entrepreneurship than any book ever could
and has strengthened our relationship more than I ever expected.

One small change can completely transform how a service feels. 🚗

I’ve lost count of how many times car servicing has meant:
- arriving during working hours,
- waiting in line,
- or rearranging my entire day just to hand over keys.

And if something happens late in the evening or early morning?
You wait.

That’s why I genuinely like what Carzone Autokeskus has now done.

They’ve made car service actually available 24/7 by implementing Autlio’s smart key locker.

Now a car can be:
- dropped off early in the morning before work
- picked up late in the evening
- or even handed over at 2 a.m. when something unexpected happens

What I find especially interesting is what happens behind the scenes.

I bet many of you know the feeling: getting out of bed early for your kids isn’t
