•	Led business planning for a commercial coffee bar and kitchens within a budget before construction. 
•	Managed P&L, budgeting, cost controls, and all café financials & performance on a weekly basis and implemented strategies for improvement.
•	Designed and implemented all drink and menu recipes to align with cost-of-goods goals.
•	Developed all training materials; led recruitment and onboarding strategies, including, Baristas & Café Managers. 
•	Handled community outbound and inbound requests to generate local brand loyalty.

•	Grew café from one location to two locations (March 2020) and sales 50% YoY from 2018-2019, 
•	Optimized sales growth by 35% from 2019 to 2021 YoY.
•	Implemented COGs tracking system to improve costs and menu pricing. 
•	Built all training materials to lay a foundation for growth.
•	Developed and implemented a CRM system to improve all community relationships.
