Before I share more details, here’s my story: 
Growing up, I've seen the power of the internet and how it can change everything. 
Post my Economics Grad in 2020, I tried freelancing in various startups, failed in e-commerce & tried my hands on my biggest fear a ‘full-time job’. 
But something felt missing—I soon found the answer when I was infected with COVID-19.
I have been into content creation since 2019 & since then, I've made over 100+ videos for my 300k+ followers across all my social media. I went full-time when I realized just how much I loved content & marketing. 
I have had the honour of hosting Anupam Mittal, Sanjeev Bikhchandani, Aman Gupta, Anupam Kher, and many more on my podcast Restless. 
Soon after leaving my job, I started building Finnet Media in May'21 an influencer marketing and creative consultancy, where we work towards building strong relationships between brands, creators, and consumers. 
We exclusively manage over 50+ of your favourite creators, including India’s top names like Sharan Hegde, Anushka, and many others.

Hi, I'm Kapil, a Delivery Manager (US Staffing) by profession and an engineer by education.

After doing my engineering same as other engineers I tried to get a technical job but I'm not good at coding and all the stuff so I fail miserably. 

I came in recruiting by mistake I got a call from the Recruitment and staffing Company. I thought they called me for some technical job but after an interview, I got to know this job is for Technical Recruiter.

I accepted the offer and thought let's do it and try to get the technical jobs on another side.

But man after going into recruitment I fall in love with recruiting. I enjoyed my job on the daily basics I interact with smart and technically sound IT professionals.

In 5+ years I served dozens of IT clients and delivered the best talent for their open IT requirements.
