I embraced the opportunity to join as a virtual internship experience candidate.

The goals:

—Create content strategy, email campaign, and content planner for their target based on segment

—No segmentation
—No clear and specific database
—Not documenting their audience's needs, fears, problems, emotions, etc

Understanding and recognizing these common challenges, I took proactive steps:
