During the 3 years in my role, I worked on some of Australia’s largest and most complex legal transactions, which included:
- MYOB and Bain Capital on the IPO of MYOB, an AUD800 million IPO;
- Pacific Equity Partners in block trades of publicly traded companies Spotless and Veda.
