👋 I'm Andrew. I love fast-growing Startups. Ex-founder, small-time investor, and I write about Growth/PMF/OKRs.  

I've built high-growth companies in London and Silicon Valley. Over the years, I've sat on all sides of the table as a founder, investor, operator, and advisor. Currently, I have an AI and web3 bias, but I have been everywhere. 

During this journey, I created the Growth/OKR process Core & Explore™, which is now used by thousands of Startups and some large companies. 

Previously, I graduated 500 Startups; was an EIR at Seedcamp; led product and growth at my own Startup; mentored and advised VC funds; and helped behind the scenes at the founder community ICE.

• Directed tours of space to potential members resulting in a 50% conversion rate of tours to new memberships, surpassing quarterly sales goals
• Planned and executed events, including pop-ups, panels + demos at PARISOMA garnering up to 250 attendees per event
• Managed logistics for event rentals including orders and budgeting
• Managed administration system for on-boarding, off-boarding, and invoicing members
• Developed and maintained relationships with new and existing members to create meaningful community life to suit member needs

• Assisted on-site for special events, including Scoutmob’s annual Halloween party garnering over 1300 attendees.
• Generated new blog posts and editorial content to increase brand awareness through Tumblr and affiliate newsletters.
• Developed strategy to raise LinkedIn engagement resulting in a 10% increase in followers over three months.
• Produced extensive media contact list used for Scoutmob Shoppe marketing outreach.

Public Relations 

Allied Integrated Marketing

• Worked with senior and assistant publicists of Paramount Pictures to execute public relations, marketing, and publicity coordination on behalf of Paramount's southeastern markets including Atlanta, Charlotte, and Raleigh
• Developed and promoted advance screening events to reach appropriate target audiences, garnering over 300 attendees using grassroots and WOM strategies
• Collaborated with supervising publicists to organize and execute large-scale events including talent appearances and movie premieres
• Documented numerous events for all major movie studios in collaboration with publicists' event reports
• Assembled and submitted publicity reports for Paramount Pictures detailing regional promotions
