👋 I'm Andrew. I love fast-growing Startups. Ex-founder, small-time investor, and I write about Growth/PMF/OKRs.  

I've built high-growth companies in London and Silicon Valley. Over the years, I've sat on all sides of the table as a founder, investor, operator, and advisor. Currently, I have an AI and web3 bias, but I have been everywhere. 

During this journey, I created the Growth/OKR process Core & Explore™, which is now used by thousands of Startups and some large companies. 

Previously, I graduated 500 Startups; was an EIR at Seedcamp; led product and growth at my own Startup; mentored and advised VC funds; and helped behind the scenes at the founder community ICE.

Over the past 15 years, I've raised capital for my own ventures and advised over 30 businesses, building successful strategies, overcoming obstacles, and fostering long-term investor relationships.

Now, as I’m turning towards becoming a venture capitalist, I want to leverage the experience with capital and strategic insights.

My experience as an exited founder and fundraising advisor gives me a unique perspective in spotting promising startups and guiding them to success—not just as a consultant, but as an investor.

Be it securing capital or coaching through the emotional highs and lows of fundraising, I’m here for founders with the tools they need for long-term growth.

> Helped in raising £600,000 in just 48 hours through whatsapp! 
> Raised £1,000,000 with a strong lead VC after restructuring the GTM and Pricing Model
> Landed a £2m Term Sheet for a £3,000,000 investment round after nailing product metrics

Why I’m different:

As I transition into venture capital, I’m bringing my full toolkit to the table—fundraising expertise, personal coaching, and a deep understanding of the founder journey. 
Capital is important, but so is giving founders the mindset, resilience, and strategy to succeed.

Last night’s Love Ventures London Live: Spring Edition answered a question a lot of founders are still dancing around:

Where does AI actually PAY?

Dan Cobley kicked off the fireside chat with the kind of clarity you don’t always get at these events.

Then Natasha Jones (Metris Energy), Ghali Bennani Laafiret (Ralio), and Pac O'Shea (Round Treasury) joined the panel - three founders building in very different spaces, all with the same conviction: AI isn’t a feature, it’s the business model.

Natasha described how her agents can now fix 90%+ of the full workflow of an issue with a power system. And also why, perhaps controversially, junior engineers just don’t pay and don’t give the ROI needed particularly as a startup when senior engineers are getting 20x efficiency gains via AI tooling.

Ghali explained how their entire operation is run by agents.

Pac gave an incredible example of a bug fix within 16 seconds in a live client sales and demo cal with their Slack / Claude integration, and let the client know the UI bug was fixed within moments of it popping up in the call - an otherwise dangerous moment that all founders used to be terrified by, now became a sale.

The room was full of people who get it. Or if they didn’t, after last night they did! The conversation was razor sharp. The questions from the audience even sharper. It was fascinating even to someone like me surrounded by AI news, clients and information constantly.
