👋 I'm Andrew. I love fast-growing Startups. Ex-founder, small-time investor, and I write about Growth/PMF/OKRs.  

I've built high-growth companies in London and Silicon Valley. Over the years, I've sat on all sides of the table as a founder, investor, operator, and advisor. Currently, I have an AI and web3 bias, but I have been everywhere. 

During this journey, I created the Growth/OKR process Core & Explore™, which is now used by thousands of Startups and some large companies. 

Previously, I graduated 500 Startups; was an EIR at Seedcamp; led product and growth at my own Startup; mentored and advised VC funds; and helped behind the scenes at the founder community ICE.

I'm the Co-Founder and CEO of Boardwave, a purpose-led community built to support and empower Europe’s most ambitious software leaders.

My background is in communications and marketing - I've run agencies helping fast-growth tech companies find their voice, and led global marketing at Phrasee, a pioneer in generative AI. But my real passion lies in building meaningful connections between people. At Boardwave, that means bringing together CEOs, investors, and changemakers from across Europe in an environment that’s as supportive as it is ambitious.

Whether it’s curating one of our intimate networking dinners, launching our peer-to-peer Breakout programme, or driving diversity initiatives, I’m focused on creating space for leaders to be vulnerable, open, and real - where learning is shared freely, and success doesn’t have to come at the expense of humility.

Alongside my co-founder and Boardwave's Chair, Phill Robinson, I’m proud to be part of a mission that feels more important than ever: helping European founders scale sustainably, stay resilient in a shifting global landscape, and build companies that truly lead on the world stage.
