👋 I'm Andrew. I love fast-growing Startups. Ex-founder, small-time investor, and I write about Growth/PMF/OKRs.  

I've built high-growth companies in London and Silicon Valley. Over the years, I've sat on all sides of the table as a founder, investor, operator, and advisor. Currently, I have an AI and web3 bias, but I have been everywhere. 

During this journey, I created the Growth/OKR process Core & Explore™, which is now used by thousands of Startups and some large companies. 

Previously, I graduated 500 Startups; was an EIR at Seedcamp; led product and growth at my own Startup; mentored and advised VC funds; and helped behind the scenes at the founder community ICE.

"A first time founder is obsessed about product.
A second time founder is obsessed about distribution".

Very, very true. 
And even more true today where building with AI is now so easy.
So the real moat? The distribution.
And making money from it.

I strongly believe in building revenue-generating businesses, 
which also bring long-term wealth to founders,
and building on they way the visibility to exponentially get clients, funding, and exit the business.

I was a founder and sold the company, and now help female founders build vibility and wealth-generating businesses.

I built Wild.AI to think it was cool to be a woman.
I sold Wild.AI to public company NYSE:ZEPP to get our science in the hands of millions.

I've seen the tough, the ugly - and yes, the beauty, in building a startup.

Would I do it all over again? Ah. 
I would.
But on the way, I learned (quite) a bit.

I've always been coached.
As an athlete. As a leader.

And now I bring that to founders.
My experience. 
As the copilot to CEO's.
So that you can do it - but with a few hurdles less.
It's hard enough.
Build. Raise. Exit.

I love challenging asking the tough questions 
to head of states such as French President Macron,
so we don't wake up in 2030 
having an AI that sucks: with no female data.

I interviewed some of the most prominent people 
in the world: from The North Face CEO, 
To Olympians,
To health thought leaders like Dr. Stacy Sims
or authors like of Invisible Women.

That line in the video is the oldest trick in the book.

Yeah but look what she is wearing.
Yeah but why was she there.
Yeah but did she say no loud enough.

It is the same move every time.
Shift the spotlight from the person who did harm, 
to the person who is trying to survive it.

And this shows up at work too, just dressed up in nicer language:
She is too sensitive.
She misunderstood.
She should have handled it differently.

Here is what strong leaders do instead:
1. They name the behavior, not the woman
 ↳ That comment is not ok.

2. They center consent and respect, not vibes
↳ Intent does not matter more than impact.

3. They protect the reporter, not the reputation
↳ Thank you for telling me, I will handle this.

4. They act fast, not later
↳ We are addressing it today, not in the next culture workshop.

Women do not need to be tougher.
Systems need to be safer.

It made me pause.

This video is not really about phones.
It is about presence.

Because the moment your phone is on the table, your brain is half gone.
Even if you swear you are listening.
And the other person feels it.

At work, it looks like:
1. You ask a question that was just answered.
2. You miss the emotion, not the words.
3. You “multitask” your way into shallow trust.

At home, it looks like:
↳ Kids talking to the top of your head.
↳ Partners competing with a screen.
↳ Connection getting thinner, one scroll at a time.

A small reset I love:
👉 Phone out of sight, not face down
👉 One person, one conversation
👉 If it is urgent, say it out loud and step away

Leadership is not the loud speech.
It is the quiet choice to be fully here.
