I've built high-growth companies in London and Silicon Valley. Over the years, I've sat on all sides of the table as a founder, investor, operator, and advisor. Currently, I have an AI and web3 bias, but I have been everywhere. 

During this journey, I created the Growth/OKR process Core & Explore™, which is now used by thousands of Startups and some large companies. 

Previously, I graduated 500 Startups; was an EIR at Seedcamp; led product and growth at my own Startup; mentored and advised VC funds; and helped behind the scenes at the founder community ICE.

Speak up, make mistakes, and yes, switch off.

Lead this way: 
↳ Model time off: take it, say it, and log off fully.
↳ Celebrate sustainable wins: praise process, not martyrdom.
↳ Offer flexibility: trust adults to choose when/where they work best.
↳ Make returns humane: light day one, clear priorities, no backlog avalanche.
↳ Use 1:1s for wellbeing: ask “What’s heavy? What can I remove?”

Skip this:
↳ Applauding “I worked while sick.”
↳ Ignoring load signals and quiet burnout tells.
↳ Guilt-tripping holidays or using “urgent” for everything.
↳ Setting goals that only succeed with overtime.
↳ Expecting weekend/late-night replies as the norm.
↳ Be the leader you wish you had. Protect people so performance can last.

2026 won’t be won by louder hype. 
It’ll be won by clearer thinking, cleaner data, and real trust.

Here’s what I’m betting on (and building for):
↳ People won’t “search” as much as they’ll ask assistants what to buy. Optimize for answers and outcomes, not just clicks. 

↳ AI isn’t the product, workflow is. Copycat apps fade. Leaders pair AI with strong process, data, and judgment. 

↳ SaaS + agents will merge. Tools will think and do. Design for handoffs between humans, software, and agents. 

↳ Trust becomes a moat. With infinite content, proof beats promise. Show receipts, verify sources, and earn attention slowly. 

↳ Long-form returns. Depth builds belief. Fewer, better pieces that teach, show, and convert. 

↳ Quiet winners keep it boring: clean data, better tracking, real customer insight. Basics compound. 

What to do this quarter:
1. Pick one high-friction workflow and automate the boring—measure the time you save.
2. Build a trust stack: real names, real demos, real results, real customer voices.
3. Ship one deep asset (guide, talk, or video) that solves a painful problem end-to-end.

If you lead a team, your job isn’t to chase every trend. It’s to make smart bets, teach your people how to think, and keep promises.

2026 Predictions on AI, Marketing and Business

I'm so excited I have to share it ✨😆

Last year was a huge step for me.

I exited Wild.AI, after 8 years building it.
The journey was long.
Tough.
And also beautiful.

I single-handedly raised millions.
Hired, fired dozens of incredible people.
Also saw many of them leave and built amazing companies.

I had to convince a whole world that women, indeed, do matter.
That our data, is different.
That our bodies are.. well, not male.

By doing so, I became a public speaker.

Was it natural? 
Of course not.
I remember my first talks, so scared, pain in my stomach and my back due to stress.
I built methodologies.
I sought support from coaches. From peers.

I tried to find those women, who were miscarrying while fundraising.
Who were closing deals while losing their waters.
Who had people resign on them as they were creating life.

I tried to find them on stage.
"We don't know where to find women ...".

I wondered: but where are they? 
Where are we?
So I became more visible.
To show us all that yes, sure, we have boobies.
But we're also really smart.
And we're ferocious, and we create businesses. 

And it's not because we have a big belly, or a breast pump attached to us, that our brains suddenly are empty.

I navigated it, and I wish I had a copilot.

So that's what I'm doing now.
Copiloting CEOs as they navigate launching, raising, managing, or exiting their business.

The best athletes in the world have coaches.
Not because they don't know the method.
But because there's magic in that combo.

I've done it.
And so can you.

"The experience of becoming a mother 
puts us into an existential crisis.

As existential psychotherapist Claire Arnold-Baker explains in her work,

in all 4 dimensions of existence
→ physical
→ social
→ personal
→ spiritual 

women face huge changes.

She also talks about it using the Greek crisis: "to choose or to decide".

We have to choose everything again.

What is important to me?
How am I going to mother? 
How will I incorporate the Identity of 'mother' into myself? "
How does it match with my work? 
Who do I hang out with? Other mum's? Mum groups? 
What beliefs will be give to our kids? 

"It seems inevitable that many women 
should find the transition to motherhood challenging, 
even madness-invoking".

"The burden of responsibility is at the heart of existentialism": 
keeping the baby alive, 
not eating oysters when pregnant, 
not drinking alcohol when breastfeeding according to some doctors, 
not sleeping, 
making decisions for the baby constantly is the highest degree of responsibility.

In her book Matresence, Lucy Jones covers this.

We become mothers the minute we're pregnant.
Changing our behaviour for the survival of the embryo.

Everyone gives their unsolicited opinion, all the time.
We try to do our best.
But there's no actual good 1 way to do it.
Put the baby sleep on the back.
No. never do that.
Science changes all the time.
We need to constantly challenge our own beliefs, 
society, 
our families, 
while also defining ourselves 
and not actually being sure about the options we're chosing.

Is baby-led weaning really the best?
Are Montessori and forest school actually 
going to lead them to happy, fulfilled kids? 

Does anyone actually know?
No.

And in that transformation, we redefine ourselves constantly.

It's wild, it's intense.
It's beautiful, like climbing a mountain.

But let's not forget that it's also pretty crazy.

It's that time of the year again where we plan and create vision boards. 

Vision boards work when they train your brain, not when they sit pretty.

This video explains the science behind it in plain language. Here is how I use a board that actually moves life and work forward:

1. Pick 3 themes
 ↳ Work, health, family. Keep the board focused.

2. Choose images that make you feel something
 ↳ Your brain pays attention to emotion.

3. Tie every image to one weekly action
 ↳ No action, no progress.

4. Put it where you see it daily
↳ Morning and night, thirty seconds is enough.

5. Rehearse the next small step
↳ Close your eyes, see yourself doing it, then do it.

6. Track reps, not streaks
 ↳ ount how many times you showed up this week.

7. Edit as you learn
 ↳ Swap pictures, update goals, keep it alive.

Vision without action is a poster. Vision with tiny daily moves becomes proof.

Leadership is not hands off, and it is not to take over. 
It is steady, then trust.

In the video, the child gets stuck. The adult steps in, not to finish the job, 
but to reset the stage so the child can try again. That is real leadership.

What great leaders do:
↳ Step in when confidence is at risk, remove one blocker, name the next step.
↳ Step back when learning can happen, give time, let the work be theirs.
↳ Stay present, calm, and clear, so progress feels safe, not forced.

To leaders: clear the path just enough, then give it back.
To quiet high performers: when someone resets the field and says 
“try again,” that is belief in you, not a test to fear.
