- Manage program and project teams (Body,Paint,Assembly) for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
- Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Develop and manage budget for projects (Capital & revenue) and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
- Work with other program managers (Body,Paint,Assembly) to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the Vertical.
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
 - Supporting and Managing crisis situations with best strategies. Ensuring and to maintain on time Project/Program launch/ Delivery (Body,Paint,Assembly).
- Reviewing PR/PO (Purchasing) status and Project Master schedule reporting to Top management for Passenger car Manufacturing Engineering (Body,Paint,Assembly).
- Preparing Accurate and objective technical status reports in support of Program/ Project management meetings and Top management reviews
- Utilize standardized & customized Project management tools to support a smooth Project delivery (Agile methodologies) 
- Drafting and supporting in the Approval process of Organization's Capex and Operation plans and communicating to stakeholder teams
- Responsible for Simulating and Discussing with stake holder team with the Business plans and Production volume and to Plan the Line/ model Balancing accordingly
- Lead Cross Functional reviews to address project issues using Management tools

• Analysing and developing Layouts by defining New processes and enhancing bottleneck Processes by digitalisation and automations in order to meet safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People & Other Parametric (Efficiency/Pass ratio) targets. 

• Investment planning and Equipment planning , Project execution Master scheduling to work for M-6 to M+25 from the Model fix stage M to SOP

• Documenting Project Details ( Weld Data, Process sheet, Equipment planning sheet, Equipment Installation Data) for hassle free Programme execution and handover

• Supplier / Vendor Management and deciding Quotes based on RFQ’s for Utility and Facility Improvements 

• BIW Part quality confirmation by periodic inspection of Vendor Process and Part quality dimensions

• Establishing the process and Handing over the line  to stakeholder teams after Validating and achieving  Process capability through Cp, Cpk

• Adhering to policies and collaborating cross -functionally throughout the programme to achieve success
