Flux Bucket is a product design and development agency specializing in early stage product company growth. As the lead designer, I lead the design process from conceptualization to delivery.

Cohealo, Inc.

We built the first-ever SaaS platform enabling healthcare organizations to share underutilized surgical equipment (think surgical lasers, imaging, etc). Our platform supported many different user types: nurses and physicians sharing equipment, logistics and operations teams delivering equipment, and financial executives taking action on first-of-its-kind utilization data.

My responsibilities included product ownership & strategy, UX research (user interviews, interactive prototypes, journey maps), product design (sketching, wireframes, design systems, documentation), front end development (HTML/CSS/JS), and product management (roadmap ownership) — I even drove our delivery trucks in our early startup days!

I’ve had the unique experience of scaling our company from 3 co-founders and $500k in angel investment to 30+ employees, many enterprise customers, and $20MM raised in venture capital funding.

Led design efforts in an array of industries, producing immersive web app experiences (ex: enterprise learning management systems) to simple marketing websites (ex: Drupal and Wordpress). I managed UX research (interviews, persona definition, journey maps), requirements gathering, design (wireframes, interactive prototypes, component systems) and front end dev (HTML, CSS, JS). Responsibilities also included project management, both customer-facing and internal (engineering teams and executive staff)
