Joined an early stage startup right after graduation, I was part of the first few engineers in the organization. I've lucky enough to lead a small team of 6-8 engineers. Biggest achievement: Together with our team, built and launched a full system for new business product. Six months later, the product helps generate 80% of overall revenue.

Entrusted within the Project Management Team to oversee and ensure the successful execution of the EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning) project for Supply of Utilities to the PCCO Plant. This endeavor encompassed collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Utility (UK), Gas Processing & Utilities (GPU), and PETRONAS GAS Berhad (PGB).

Directly reported to the Project Manager while working in close partnership with the Construction Manager, Commissioning Manager, Engineering Manager, and other line discipline experts, such as the Construction Engineer. This collaborative approach ensured comprehensive adherence to the project's scope of work and contractual obligations.

Key roles and responsibilities encompassed:

- Holistic Engineering Oversight: Managed and ensured the seamless execution of engineering deliverables (Master Document Register) for the Detailed Engineering Design (DED). Coordinated inter-discipline review cycles, adhering to project timelines. Skillfully managed Technical Queries and standardized deviation processes, ensuring tracking and closure.

- Project Governance: Ensured alignment with the PETRONAS Project Management System, thereby upholding the structured execution of project activities.

- Effective Project Control and Monitoring: Collaborated with the project planner to maintain an accurate project progress report. Conducted close monitoring through regular schedule progress meetings with EPCC contractors, asset owners, and relevant stakeholders.

- Regulatory Compliance: Actively interfaced and provided assistance to the EPCC subcontractor to facilitate compliance with all regulatory approvals required for the project's successful completion.

Senior Project Engineer

- Mechanical Supervision for Pengerang Deepwater Terminal 3: Took on a leadership role in mechanical planning, storage, mobilization, plot plan, P&ID, engineering basis, and drawing review. Orchestrated acceptance tests and managed the transition to the client upon project completion.

- Leadership in Commissining & PSSR for Naphtha 24" Pipeline Punchlist: Directed and supervised the design, procurement, and fabrication of additional platforms. Managed valve changes, painting, modifications, pigging for cleaning, and preservation with N2 gas.

Roles and Responsibilities		
1. Lead and Supervise Washing Bay TurnAround (TA) 2018 - Cleaning of 153 Nos HEX and 2 Compabloc using Hydroject, Inspection with Integrity Team,Acceptance Test and Handover.
2. Lead and Supervise QC on 1 main contractors in CURE TA 2017 - Test Pack Review, Site inspection with Piping Team, Hydrotest and Radiographic Test.
3. Supervise & Manage 11 technicians on projects at 8 differents Area - eg HEX, Boiler, Pressure Vessel Cleaning, Catalyst Changes, Furnace Shutdown - Review Job Pack for each Projects for Supervisor at site.
4. Reviews work pack from vendors and contractors prior to job execution and introduces it to respective stakeholders, i.e. construction, maintenance, operation and production team for their further reviews and actions - Planning and manage weekly meeting to meet the schedule.
5. Collaborates with HSE, Process Safety and Operation to ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, quality standards, as well as internal policies and work process. - eg. Job Hazard Analysis, Job Method Statement, Job Pack, Schedule of Window by operation.
					
Significant Accomplishment				
1. Managed to complete TA 2018 with 9 days ahead schedule.				
2. Managed to complete CURE TA 2017 with 8 days ahead schedule.					
3. Successfully managed to coordinate subordinates, planners, engineers and contractors to deliver project as per scheduled.
