Cids France is the first French manufacturer of CBD products. Founded in 2019 and number 1 in pharmacies in France. Turnover in B2C has been decreasing since 2021. They called on me to reverse the trend and return to positive growth in B2C.

◌ I started this mission by conducting a detailed analysis of the data, qualitative and quantitative research on the different personas identified, and clarification of their multiple brands.

◌ Strategy: development of a digital strategy taking into account the constraints linked to this field of activity, as well as the strengths of this company, which has been able to integrate the entire value chain.

Founded six years ago, Chilowé was initially only a newsletter and a media website. In 2021, they wanted to launch a new activity, the Chilowé Club. Based on the model of a travel agency, they wanted to propose unique adventures in the wilderness. One of the challenges here was the high average cart value and the long decision cycle regarding travel.

Popote bébé is a French DNVB specializing in baby food made in France and organic. 
Popote is coming to the market in 2019, with an innovative offer that needed to be understood, tested, and adopted. Moreover, online distribution at the beginning was outside the habits of the sector. 

◌ To make the best use of the brand's limited acquisition budget, Popote entrusted me with the first task of optimizing activation. I started by conducting qualitative and quantitative research on the different personas identified. My approach was then to experiment a lot, in short cycles, measuring the impact on the KPIs before and after each experiment. 
◌ Complete overhaul of the shopping experience and a subscription program.
◌ Implementation of additional content to diversify the SEO and PAID inputs and widen the target.

I am the Chief Product Officer at Tudigo, focused on democratizing access to premium investment opportunities alongside top-tier co-investors. I'm also a co-founder at Emailee. We are transforming email signatures into powerful marketing tools that enhance brand awareness and cohesion.


Starting my career as a freelance developer, I quickly advanced in UX design and have since guided various organizations, from startups to public entities, enhancing their digital strategies and product offerings. I also mentor emerging startups at Blue Factory (ESCP). 


Previously, I was CMO/CGO at CIDS, France's top CBD product manufacturer, and co-founded Good Stuff, which delivers science-backed, plant-based relief for period pain.

I worked at Chilowé as head of Growth and Product for one year, helping the company pivot from pure media to travel agencies and media. 
As the initial CPO at Popote bébé, I helped the company achieve its first million in sales within two years, with a near 9% conversion rate from day one.
