This includes ensuring events meet and exceed safety regulations as well as handling member safety issues during events. I also lead and manage a team of additional members to help manage the safety of members.  Leading this team requires planning and running meetings, leading training sessions, and being ready to help aid in situations the members are not comfortable with.
