Six months stuck. One immersive experience. Project completed in 30 days.
 
My client had been stuck on a course development project for six months. It seemed hard to complete in her mind. So she booked a Self-Expression Experience: custom mindset work combined with practical strategy and weekly accountability follow-up.

One month later, the project was complete. 

Her take: the mindset support was the foundation she needed to be ready to move forward.

If you're socialised as a woman, setting and holding boundaries can be challenging.

Even more so if you're a Black woman, because many people won't take it well.
And that goes triple if you're an introvert.
 
But as a Black woman introvert, I know that those boundaries are an essential part of energy management.
 
That's what this video is about.
