Since my early teens and my dad's tragic death in an airplane accident uncovered my Purpose to impact as many as possible to discover within their own experience the ability to accomplish what only they can. Over four decades, honing my skills in management, coaching business owners, and design has enabled me to drive growth for my clients while delivering improved outcomes for their customers.

As an infectious evangelist, I showcase the individualization of people and programs, helping them see alignment with Purpose and digging deeper to deliver amazing results. My insatiable learning is reflected in my teaching methods.

Among my superpowers as a Connector is the ability to bring diverse parties together to collaborate on imaginative solutions when that would not have been their inclination otherwise. Drawing on my practiced EQ, identifying strengths and commonalities among team members, I facilitate a harmonious working environment.

An Inside-outsider, like your "fly on the wall", I offer a fresh perspective, recognizing patterns that others may have overlooked. I have a unique ability to ask questions that get at the questions nobody has asked, with empathy and active listening skills that promote confidence and the drive to pull together. Finding methods to measure intangibles is at the core of my analysis, and people feel validated in the process.
