As an Assistant Professor of Business Administration, my key areas are Human Resource Management and Management. 
In Spring Semester 2017 and Summer Semester 2017,  I conducted a research on Workplace Bullying in Bangladesh and Employee Engagement and Satisfaction. I would like to do further research on those topics. 
My conducted courses are Human Resource Management, Human Resource Planning, Strategic Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Strategic Human Resource Planning, Industrial Relations, Training and Development, Conflict Management, Compensation Management, Computer Applications in Business.
In addition I am a Member of Academic Committee of Business, Board Member of Internship Defense Committee, Member of Disciplinary Committee, Member of Exam Committee.
I am an assistant moderator of Business Club. Under this club, I arrange a day long seminar entitled "The realities of Job Market in Bangladesh." 
I arrange a couple of seminars and day long sessions. Significant is "Career Planning in the field of Human Resources","Communication Etiquette in Workplace", "Meet with your psychologist to release frustration".
I arrange industrial tour on December, 2016. I am planning for arranging two more industrial  tours in the current semester (MAY-AUGUST,2017).
To ease exam preparation, I make my lectures, especially computer applications in Business, LIVE on Facebook in my group SMA CARE.

I promoted to Senior Lecturer on 29th June 2016 and assigned to work under the department of business administration. As a Senior Lecturer at this university, I conducted courses at the postgraduate level in addition with graduate level.

I joined in this university on 27th August 2012 as a lecturer and assigned to work under department of business administration. As a lecturer of this university, I conducted courses mainly in the undergraduate level. I have got the opportunity to conduct courses in various business courses like, Introduction to Business, Principles of Management, Business Communication, Organizational Behavior, Compensation Management, Business Research Methodology, Introduction to Computer, Operations Management, Project Management, Conflict Management,Introduction to Statistics, Business mathematics, Basic English, Human Resource Management, Legal Aspects of Business, Entrepreneurship Development, Bangladesh Studies, Management Science, Insurance and Risk Management, Industrial Relations, Strategic Management. 

In addition, I am working as an Assistant Moderator of the university's Business Club. I arrange their day long sessions, precede meetings and arrange seminars.

I'm a Doctoral Researcher at Poznan University of Economics and Business.  I am an SDG researcher focusing on interdisciplinary works on Circular Economy, Consumer Behavior, Social Media, Ethical Consumption, and HRM. I am interested in conducting studies on Circular Economy, Blockchain, Big Data, and AI. I have software expertise in SPSS, NVIVO12, Microsoft Office, and VOSViewer.
I've 12 years of academic and research experience at the University level.
