Working closely with the founding partner, this role was a hybrid of Executive Assistant, Practice Manager and client system support. When new clients implemented the Technology system, I was the first point of contact for them, for set up, training needs and ongoing support.  I also supported them through reporting cycles, helping to produce board reports with system data.

Pepper Events Limited

This was volunteer work for a local charity each summer for 2 weeks. 

I coordinated a team of 20 volunteers, 5 suppliers and various internal people to run a bar for the 7 night run of the summer show.

This role was often defined as being "the glue" that held the team together.  Originally, the role was to support the two founder / owners who were incredibly busy, building a boutique consultancy. During the course of my employment, I was also able to support consultants on projects, both from the office and onsite. This hands-on project co-ordination enabled me to travel and do face-to-face client work as well as a more traditional EA role.  

7days was a consultancy that began in Beaconsfield Bucks before moving into London as part of an expansion. It was bought out by the Savile Group in 2011.
