As a Board Certified and state licensed massage therapist, I used massage to support people in living a richly embodied life and moving towards whatever wellness means to them - including balanced, easeful movement; reduced pain; and the deep, lasting relaxation of a renewed connection to the body.

I brought to every session my love of how bodies function, move, and heal, as well as the kinesthetic understanding gleaned from a lifelong dance practice. My work was an intuitive blend of several types of massage, including gentle myofascial release and deeper, more focused trigger point and deep tissue work.

I offer nonfiction developmental editing, line editing, and proofreading to help you produce manuscripts and documents that are so clean, clear, and compelling, you're proud to bring them into the world. 

I also offer The Partnership: generative, energizing, deeply supportive one-on-one catalyst sessions that enliven the writing process for nonfiction authors and artists. If you're stuck, over it, running on empty, or frantically panting toward a deadline, I'll help you launch your project forward and build a writing process that sustains you for the long haul of a book and the long haul of a creative life.

As an artist myself, I know the skill, effort, time, and emotional labor it takes to bring a creative idea from possibility to reality. 

We all hit the vulnerable point of needing an outside eye to help us make our work the very best it can be. 

I’d love to be that outside eye for you.
