Manager Supply Chain and Manufacturing Practice

As the Head of Research and Development I am responsible for expanding the Research team and overseeing the on-boarding, training and development of new entry and senior hires. Further responsibilities include company training, running workshops, implementing business processes and systems, and ensuring these are maintained and promoted throughout business. I monitor the workflow in and out of the research department, and am also responsible for overseeing project management across the company.

Using the knowledge and awareness of these specialised industries we are able to fulfil their senior recruitment requirements discretely, professionally and efficiently.

Athomedot.com was a retail and wholesale jewellery/ gift company. My role involved all aspects of the business from interface with customers, prioritizing and structuring directorial demands, to preparing and analyzing management reports. Being thorough, methodical and having the ability to work to important deadlines are skills that I applied in this role.
Key responsibilities included; customer interface and service (retail and trade), sales, purchasing (retail stock and shop supplies), building and maintain relationship with suppliers, goods receipting service, EPOS System management, weekly sales analysis reports, payment processing and reconciliation, all general administration as required by the directors, stock control and management.

I am a people centric leader with deep experience in internal and external recruitment, people development, DEI, and company culture. 

The diverse roles I have had to date have allowed me to develop a wide range of skills including talent acquisition, leadership, coaching and mentoring, project management, hiring and onboarding, commercial knowledge, and strategic company growth.  

Following a successful career in Executive Search, I am on a mission to support organisations with their DEI initiatives, with a particular focus on women, LGBTQ+, and the menstrual cycle.

I am passionate about the recruitment and retention of women and the LGBTQ+ community in the workplace and work with organisations to educate about the menstrual cycle, how to support employees, be inclusive when talking about periods, and create policies that support all people who bleed to be successful and thrive.

I have a background in psychology, leadership, transformational coaching, and menstrual cycle awareness.

My favourite topics are leadership, what it means to be human, and of course, the menstrual cycle!
