Collaborated with regional offices on annual business and budget planning; created business planning templates to provide a framework for goal setting and initiative planning across 12 Asia Pacific markets
Established financial management procedures and guidelines for Asia to ensure regional consistency and efficiency in day to day management of expenses
Worked on a series of four strategic reviews for Christie's core and ancillary businesses ensuring comprehensive data gathering, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, client research and comprehensive data analysis resulting in the development of concise strategic roadmaps with corresponding financial models to quantify and help guide business growth.  Strategic review process included the management of over 70 work streams and outlined plans to drive the following growth trajectory by 2010:
