I just rolled out a team of 10 AI agents for a DTC Shopify brand.

Every Monday, most ecom teams sit in a meeting asking, "What happened last week?"

They waste hours pulling numbers. Then they try to use generic AI tools that hallucinate because they aren't connected to the actual data.

So, I completely replaced that workflow.

Here's the setup:

→ I wrote 10 specific AI prompts covering every role a brand needs (Growth, Ads, Email, CFO, Merchandiser, CRO).

-> I connected them to live data (Shopify, Meta, Google, Klaviyo, etc.,) using Polar MCP.

→ I scheduled them all to run simultaneously using Claude Cowork. All deployed at once.

→ Now, these Agents analyze the live data and push prioritized action items straight into a Notion task tracker. Every task is tagged with a priority level, and the exact numbers backing up the decision.

The team just opens Notion and executes. Zero dashboards required.
